Registration is open!

Please go to the registration tab to register, find payment info, and sign up adult judges. We also have the swim release form posted on the forms tab, and online release forms will be sent out to ships to complete once we receive your registration.

Equipment Crew

We need more volunteers to join our equipment team. If you would rather help set up/take down events and have the day mostly free to observe competition, please consider joining our team! There's an option to sign up for the equipment team when selecting adult judging options on our adult sign up form.

Set Up Day:

We will once again have a set up day for Rendezvous on November 20th at Cabrillo from 10am-5pm and request at least two volunteers from each participating ship. We of course encourage full ships to join us as many hands make light work. We will be in touch in the days leading up to the 20th to get a list of your ship's volunteers. If your ship is not within a commutable distance from Cabrillo we will ask that they assist in set up from 7am-11am on Friday of the event.

The Rendezvous Committee is currently planning a normal 3-day event with some minor modifications. We will keep an eye on Covid-19 numbers and local guidelines and make modifications to the event plan as is prudent.

Minor changed this year include allowing only two scouts per tent (sleeping head to feet) and moving as many events outdoors as possible.

We also require proof of Covid-19 vaccination from all youth and adult participants. Non-vaccinated attendees will be required to provide a negative test (antigen tests within 24 hours of event start, and PCR within 72 hours of event start).
